Remember the missing person you all drew, that these missing person with good qualities, strength, values, knowledge and skills can be you. Remember the masking tape activity, where the more you practice a habit, good or bad, it gets stronger each time and it becomes harder to break out of it. Strengthen your good habits and tear away your bad ones. Remember the 7 habits of highly effective teens.

B egin with an end in mind

Remember the puzzle you did, that with a picture in mind, we can piece up the puzzle more efficiently. Of course, the determination to complete what you have started! Good job for completing the puzzle, it was really not easy! Remember the tower you have built, no one told you whether it should be the tallest tower or the biggest, it is about you having an end in mind to build a tower of your own. Remember the carpenter story. Remember the goals you have set.

C hoose wisely

We all have 24 hours. Remember your priorities and the choices you make in order to manage your time well! Remember to choose wisely!

Christmas Party @ AVIVA

Wishing well disbursement cum Christmas Party at Avivia on 17 December. Students past and present were invited to Aviva for a Christmas party with their family.

Games booths, a cotton candy station, an Arts and Craft station and a bazaar were set up! The children definitely had lots of fun playing at the various stations where there were prizes to be won, checking out the cotton candy machine and doing their very own Christmas craft to bring home.

Every child in attendance was granted a Christmas present. Their bubbling excitement even before they laid hands on their presents was felt around the room. To see their faces lit up the first time they look through the lens of their new spectacles, to see them ripping out a big box they have just received and the delight on their faces to see they favourite things, brought to us an indescribable joy. Their glee and ecstasy was so contagious!

Thank you, AVIVA for spreading Christmas joy to these children and all around them! :)

Howdy everybody! In line with International Volunteer Day, The Team at SAC organized a mini celebration to appreciate the volunteers we had, having, and will have in the future! These are the volunteers who have, in their own ways, contribute to our society and to our youth! These are the people who have gone M.A.D.

What M.A.D, you may say. They have either Made A Difference to someone, is currently Making A Difference, or will continue to Make A Difference. Hence, they have all gone M.A.D!

Dear students, if they have made a difference to you in your life and in any way, we encourage you to appreciate them for their time and effort, and for who they are, just as they accept you for who you are! =)

On 13th Nov, our G.E.T students from Telok Kurau Primary School headed to Bugis Junction to catch the movie "Earth" It is a documentary by Disney Nature featuring animals, their habitats and their survival methods. The movie urges us to protect our environment and save the earth. The children learned a lot about the animals while enjoying the movie THANK YOU DHL!

We are back to give you an update on our last camp of the year! It was a Hero's Academy at Tampines Secondary School from 24-25 September! We were fortunate to have people from Aviva Limited to volunteer as facilitators and logistics support! They have also put together a video that we're going to share it here with all of you!

Although it was an overdue, but nonetheless, better late than never! So here we go...

This is our last programme of the year and we are now resting and building up our energy for our next season! Stay tuned. =D
